What is Family Counselling?

Family counselling specifically supports partners, parents or adult children who are facing challenges with a family member who presents with  BPD or significant emotional dysregulation. It seeks to understand and address issues by considering the relationships among family members who are experiencing distress as a result of their challenging relationships.  This type of counselling is a confidential and collaborative effort among the counsellor and partners, parents or adult children.
